How to get a clean blur result
For screenshots and documents, zoom in mentally on the important private details first. A smaller selected area with stronger pixelation usually protects privacy better than blurring a very large region.
If you are working on portraits or product shots, full-image blur is rarely the goal. Selected blur gives you more control so the subject stays sharp while the background feels softer and less distracting.
